On January 3, the National Testing Agency (NTA) unveiled the Answer Key for UGC NET December 2023. Individuals who participated in the University Grants Commission–National Eligibility Test 2023 can now review and download the provisional answer key from the official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
From December 6 to December 19, 2023, the National Testing Agency (NTA) administered the UGC - NET December 2023 in 292 cities across the country, covering 83 subjects and involving a total of 9,45,918 candidates.
Those dissatisfied with the UGC NET Answer Key 2023 have the option to contest it by submitting a nonrefundable processing fee of Rs 200 for each challenged question.
According to the official notification, the Provisional Answer Key(s) and the Question Paper with Recorded Responses can be accessed on the website https://ugcnet.nta.ac.in/ for candidates to challenge. The process for challenging the Answer Key is detailed in Annexure – II.
How to Download UGC NET Answer Key Dec 2023
The candidates who participated in UGC NET exam can download the Answer key by following these steps given below:
1. Visit the official website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
2. You'll be on the homepage and then select the link labeled "Public Notice Answer Key Challenge UGC - NET December 2023."
3. A PDF file will be displayed on the screen, read carefully the information provided in it.
4. Proceed by selecting the login link on the homepage, input your credentials, and submit.
5. The Provisional Answer Key for UGC NET December 2023 will appear on the screen.
6. Download the file and print a copy for future reference.

How to Challenge UGC NET 2023 Answer Key?
After downloading the UGC NET 2023 Answer Key, the candidates needs to challenge it. You can challenge the answer key by following these steps.
STEP1: Open the UGC NET official website's link ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
STEP2: Click on the option ‘Challenge (s) regarding Answer Key.’
STEP3: Log in by providing your Application Number and DOB, enter the displayed Security Pin, and then submit it.
STEP4: Select "View Question Paper" to review marked responses, and to view or contest the Answer Keys, click on the link "Click to view/Challenge Answer Key."
STEP5: You'll see the Question IDs displayed in sequential order.
STEP6: If you intend to challenge the question, you can select one or more Option IDs from the following four columns by ticking the checkbox and then clicking on 'Save your Claims.'
STEP7: Submit the supporting documents and make the payment for the challenged question(s).
